Yes, Affordable Bouncers of SC, LLC only allows for customer pickup.
We will provide you with stakes to secure the inflatable (Grass set-up only!) and the blower needed to blow up the inflatable. The blower will be required to be plugged into an electrical outlet or generator the entire time the inflatable is in use.
Your reserved party rental equipment can be picked up from 334-B Broad Street Sumter, SC 29150. Rates listed are Friday-Monday PICK-UP RATES! Our customer pickup time is Friday between 12pm-4pm and customer return time is Monday between 12pm-4pm. Holidays may differ! We are closed during weekdays/weekends and DO NOT allow pickups or returns. If needing a different time, please contact us to be sure we can accommodate your special request prior to reserving.
A SUV, Mini Van, Truck or Trailer is needed to pick up your inflatable rental items. Rear seats need to be able to lay completely flat. Third row seats are recommended to be completely removed. Truck beds and trailer beds MUST be free of objects and clear of all debris. We WILL NOT load equipment into a trailer or truck bed full of items that can puncture, cut, scrape, etc our rental equipment.
Yes, We are required to collect sales and use tax in accordance with the SC Department of Revenue.
A valid SC Drivers license, and a valid Credit Card is required to rent from Affordable Bouncers of SC. The credit card used at the time of reservation is the card that we will need to see at time of pickup. This credit card must also match the name listed on the contract! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Yes, we will charge additional fees for late returns, damaged equipment, and excessively dirty equipment. This fee will be charged to the card on file and will incur a 4% credit card processing fee
All remaining balances are due at time of pickup,
Yes, a down payment is required to reserve. This down payment is non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel, 24 hours notice is required. If you cancel with sufficient notice a credit will be issued and you will have a year to use.
Absolutely, we clean and sanitize all of our rental equipment in accordance with CDC recommendations. We use CDC recommended chemicals such as Odoban, Lysol, Bleach, just to name a few.
